Can I request a product that isn’t listed?
Yes. Type any beauty product or salon accessory into the order form. Include its brand, size, shade and quantity if you know them. We’ll check availability and reply on WhatsApp.
Where can I see prices?
Prices are quoted personally on WhatsApp after we receive your list. We’ll confirm product availability, quantities and delivery details with you before the order is agreed.
How does next-day delivery work?
Ask for next-day delivery in your order notes. We’ll confirm whether it is available for your delivery area and requested products, along with any delivery charge.
Does opening WhatsApp place my order?
Opening the chat prepares your message. Tap Send in WhatsApp to share it. Your request is for a quote; your order is confirmed only after you agree the details with Filers.
Can I send a long list or a product photo?
Use “Paste a list” for a ready-made order. If the message is too long for a link, use “Copy full order” and paste it into the WhatsApp chat. You can attach product photos directly in WhatsApp.
